Cancel at least 48 hours before your rental start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup are non-refundable. If we cancel for unsafe weather, you get a full refund or a free reschedule. See our full cancellation policy for details.

Pickup is at our Apache Junction location (724 E Scenic St, Apache Junction, AZ 85119). Trailer your jet ski to Saguaro Lake or Canyon Lake; both are short drives away.

Yes, you'll need a vehicle with towing capacity and a trailer hitch to transport the jet ski. If you don't have a trailer, Wave & Ridge offers PWC trailer rentals that you can add to your booking. Visit waveandridge.com/trailers for details.

No truck? No problem. Rent a U-Haul pickup truck (around $20) and we'll reimburse the cost on 4-hour and 8-hour bookings. Just bring your U-Haul receipt to pickup.

Standard pickup is in the morning (typically 7-9am) and return is in the evening (typically 5-7pm). We're flexible with scheduling. Just let us know your preferred times when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes. Our fuel policy is out full, back full: every jet ski leaves with a full tank and must come back full. You only pay for the fuel you actually use during your ride.

Absolutely. Every rental includes USCG-approved life jackets in various sizes, a safety lanyard (kill switch), and a fire extinguisher. We also provide a safety orientation covering operation, lake rules, and emergency procedures.

Our jet skis are well-maintained and reliable, but if you experience any issues, call us immediately. We'll troubleshoot over the phone and, if needed, arrange assistance. Mechanical breakdowns due to equipment failure are covered; you won't be charged for downtime.

You're responsible for damage to the jet ski during your rental, which is why we hold a $500 refundable security deposit. If you carry homeowner's, renter's, or boat insurance, check whether it extends to personal watercraft rentals.
