By booking and completing a jet ski rental with East Valley Jet Skis, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all conditions outlined during your rental agreement. Renters must be at least 21 years old (21+) with a valid driver's license. Operators must be at least 16 years old: a rider aged 16-20 may operate the jet ski as long as the 21+ renter is present on site for the entire rental period.
All reservations are made through our online booking system. Full payment for your rental is processed securely at the time of reservation confirmation. A $500 refundable security deposit is held on your credit card at pickup and released within 5-7 business days after return, provided no damage occurs to the rental equipment and all rental policies are followed.
We offer three rental periods on our Sea-Doo Spark 3up fleet:
Rentals on major holidays carry a 20% surcharge, shown at booking. Multi-day rentals are available by request: call 480-637-4848 for a quote.
All jet skis must be returned on or before the agreed-upon return time. Late returns are subject to additional charges at our standard hourly rate. Please plan accordingly and notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate a late return.
The renter is responsible for transporting the jet ski to and from the lake. You will need a vehicle capable of towing. If you do not have one, you may rent a U-Haul pickup truck (around $20) and we will reimburse that cost on 4-hour and 8-hour bookings; bring your U-Haul receipt to pickup. Trailer rentals are available through our parent company at waveandridge.com/trailers.

The renter is financially responsible for any damage sustained during the rental period that exceeds normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to, collisions, impacts, or misuse of equipment. Damage costs will be deducted from your security deposit or charged separately if costs exceed the deposit amount.
Fuel is not included in the rental price. Every jet ski goes out with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Out full, back full: you simply pay for the fuel you use during your rental. Skis returned with less than a full tank will be refueled at the renter's expense.

East Valley Jet Skis, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our equipment or services. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or economic loss, except where prohibited by law. By participating in a jet ski rental, you assume all risks associated with water activities and jet ski operation.
